Tune in to KHOL on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 9:30AM MT to hear yours truly talk about my show, Painting Light, which opens on July 7th at The Art Association of Jackson Hole!

Borbays Studio, Teton Village, Wyoming Im delighted to share my first update from 6,320 feet. Jackson Hole has been a magnificent experience, and it gets better by the day. Below, you will find the latest and greatest thank you for being here.

Before I threw our earthly possessions in a 17-foot-Uhaul and drove to Minnesota, I stopped by Domingo Zapata’s Gramercy Park studio for a long conversation… which is now live on Forbes.
BTW — If you’d like to catch my ongoing art business features… you can follow yours truly here.

Introducing my latest painting: a portrait of Angelina Jolie. She will be joining Mickey O’Pitt in a new collection… together in life, together in art.

Acquiring art is not unlike purchasing a home — photos reveal the broad strokes, but an in-person visit shows a great deal more. In our digital age, artists are able to reach collectors globally in minutes. This has given way to an ocean of online galleries, allowing you to view and acquire in a few clicks.

On July 28th, 2013, at 9:45PM, Coraline Frances Borbet came into this world. She was born at home under the flicker of candle light. It was the greatest moment of my life, which, I’m fortunate to report, has already been filled with joy.

Last night, I hit up Sidewalk Cafe to live paint “BalloonUP presents THE SPIN”. Taking images sent in advance, I created a living collage of the action.

Another newsletter? You got that right. I'll honor and respect your inbox, as if it were my own. I endeavor to share everything happening at Borbay Studios & Gallery. No daily updates. No weekly updates. Simply a message, every month or two... updates on life, creativity, and the journey that began on July 2, 2009. Let's be in touch, as the first leg of my quest reaches completion in 2026. From a studio in my 600-foot Upper East Side apartment living room, to a museum collection. Oh, but friend, that is just the beginning. The road is long, and I am looking for cool, sophisticated company to navigate each challenging turn.
You're here, and I love you for it.
