I’m delighted to announce, I will be speaking as part of a distinguished panel alongside exceptional artists, Ben Roth and Claudia Bueno, this Friday, from 1:30-3:00pm at The Art Association of Jackson Hole Gallery. Coordinated by Carrie Richer, and brought to you by The Center For The Arts, we will address the topic: “How To Get Your Work Beyond Jackson Hole”.

JACKSON, WY – June 2, 2016 — Time Out Magazine’s Most Creative New Yorker and Teton Valley transplant, Borbay, will debut his electric light paintings at the Art Association Gallery located at 240 South Glenwood St., Jackson, WY 83002, from June 18 – July 30, 2016. The acrylic paintings showcased explore the interaction of natural and man-made light, in dazzling Manhattan and Jackson locations. Read more

It was a magical three months in Jackson Hole. The country was gorgeous, and inspiration ran deep. Early in our adventure, we took a trip to Teton National Park… there, I captured a moment of Coraline taking in the majestic Tetons.

I had the honor of painting this view from the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, as their Artist-In-Residence. The canvas itself is 10″X20″. The medium? Acrylic.

When I was commissioned by Matt and Allison to create a Jackson Hole-inspired painting, they wanted me to experience things for myself, so it was wheels up, next stop Wyoming.
