I’m excited to share a beautiful feature, penned by Jenn Rein, and published in the May/June 2021 issue of Artist’s Magazine.
You can click on any image for closer inspection — and, if you’d like to read the entire piece, you can view/download the pdf here.
A shout in the table of contents… and, you might notice another Jackson-Area artist featured — Amy Ringholz. She has a beautiful spread, also penned by Rein, a few pages after yours truly.
In the first spread, it’s all Guggenheim, all the time.
The Pink Guggenheim, painted in 2014, takes center stage.
Not to be outdone, Guggenheim 10, aka, Longmire Guggenheim, joins the show.

Next… it’s a cavalcade of neons.
Radio City leads the charge… at 60″X60″, it’s my largest neon that isn’t a mural.
Next, is Ashes… itself a large painting at 48″X48″… and one of my all-time favorites.
If you find yourself in Downtown Las Vegas… Atomic Liquors is a MUST visit.
Feeling Mint? Check this beauty in Sheridan.

If you want to talk about two dudes…
Gary Cooper… in The Westerner… in front of the Seinfeld Diner. Dude? Total Dude.
Nobody is more Dude, than The Dude himself.
Portraits and Guggenheim’s. Can’t go wrong…
Dr. Schattner, inventor of Chloraseptic spray, and all-around great guy.
My good friend and golf buddy, Bene.
Ah, the Eclipse Guggenheim… capturing an astronomical phenomenon atop Jackson Hole, with a cameo from Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece.
When in a Global Pandemic… paint with your left hand.
And no artist is complete without a selfie… this one, in particular, has been on an extraordinary journey of the past two months.
And, finally, a tutorial, featuring Olmstead’s Masterpiece.
Ah, Central Park… how I miss thee.
Thank you Artist’s Magazine for the wonderful Press. Jenn, you did a fabulous job with the pen, and to Christina Richards — it was a pleasure working with you.
