Jackson Hole, WY — At 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12th at The Center for the Arts — this plate will auction to benefit Community Entry Services (CES) at “The Art of Love,” the first Annual Plate Auction. Tickets are available online and at the door. If you’d like to win this plate, but cannot attend, please email Rebecca with your bid. I will also be available to coordinate remote bids during the auction via text (contact me for details).

Crafted by Ceramist Sam Dowd, the plates will showcase the unique artwork of Amy Ringholz, Anika Youcha, Carrie Wild, Brian Iguchi, Bill Sawczuk, Jenny Dowd, Travis Walker, Katy Fox, Nicole Gaitan, Kathryn Mapes Turner, Jason Borbay, Shannon Troxler, Ben Roth, Liz Park, Tenley Thompson, Boughton Walden, Jennifer L. Hoffman, Amanda Martin, Deb Penk, Grace Davis, Bobbi Miller, Walter Gerald, and Valerie Seaberg.

All volunteered their time and talent to create masterpieces that will be auctioned off during a fun evening of hors d‘oeuvres and entertainment.

Also, CES is very excited to present works from celebrated students in Greg Houda’s high school art classes including Elizabeth Chambers, Bethanie Hart, Alejandro Jimenez, Hannah Rigsby, Alayna Whipple and Shaeli Funk as well as pieces from several CES participants.

Local favorite personality and long-time CES supporter ‘Crazy Tom’ will be acting as both MC and DJ while Senator Leland Christensen will be the auctioneer for the live auction.

Community Entry Services is a nonprofit organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries to maximize their independence and lead satisfying productive lives in Teton County. All money raised at this event will go towards supporting Jackson participants and programs.
